When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact and professional information you provide, your stated requirement, submission time and limited technical information needed to protect and operate the website.

How we use it

We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry, manage prospective and client relationships, improve our services and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and access

Enquiry data is processed through 3DC’s controlled Google Workspace and n8n systems. Access is limited to authorized persons and service providers required to operate these systems.

Retention and your rights

We retain enquiry records only as long as reasonably required for the relationship, legitimate business records or legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law.
